Most in-stock orders are prepared and dispatched within 12 hours. Custom and personalized orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, or unusually high order volumes.
All international shipments are sent by air. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number after your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
